Home Buyer Tax Credit

The home buyer tax credit has been extended through June 30, 2010. Buyers must be under contract by April 30, 2010 and closed by June 30, 2010. Another piece has been added to the legislation that now allows for a $6,500 tax credit for move up buyers.
