• Make sure all toilets work properly and sinks do not drip.
• Store extra items out of site to avoid a cluttered look.
• Rearrange items so the maximum amount of space is showing.
• Store appliances in cupboards and not on counter tops.

Showcasing Your Home

• An agent will contact you to arrange a time to view your home.
• Notice to view your home may be short so do the following:
• Open blinds or curtains to let natural light in.
• Turn on all lights
• Secure pets so they are not able to interact with potential buyers.
• Ensure the inside temperature is comfortable - not too hot or cold.
• Arrange to be out of the house for the showing - the buyers needs to feel they are in "their home" and not yours.
• Clean the house prior to the showing - make sure the house smells fresh.
