Linda Sanchez tried out a couple of careers before she settled on the ‘family’ one and joined the Sanchez Team as a real estate broker. Linda’s always loved kids, so it seemed a natural for her to pursue the teacher’s field after graduating from Oregon State University. Her first job was as a teacher’s assistant at a David Douglas alternative high school. As a beautiful 23 year old, Linda had her hands full trying to discipline students, while learning some choice expletives. During the next summer, she went back to work at Nordstrom (of course, her family enjoyed those perks) and pursued her passion for physical fitness. As a personal trainer, Linda used her teaching skills and fit lifestyle to build a business – 111th SQUARE One on One Fitness and Therapy (offering personal training, massage, physical therapy).  They have vetted referrals for outstanding acupuncturists, naturopaths, chiropractors, medical doctors and other health care professionals.
Linda’s sister, Sheryl Doyle was a New Mexico real estate agent and manager of the Realty Brokers Albuquerque office. Sheryl ‘retired’ from real estate a couple of years after she graduated from the University of New Mexico to be with her children, but still keeps the Sanchez Team appraised about real estate and economic trends in the “Land of Enchantment”.  Sheryl’s departure from the team left a big hole with only guys. Since Linda’s fitness and therapy business was thriving, she answered the call for a woman on the Sanchez Team. She is a valuable addition to Realty Brokers.
